Tibetan Treatment  and Cosmic Power

In Tibetan treatment method while giving treatment to the patients some cosmic powers are taken into consideration which have influence on the patient’s body. It says in Sanskrit that human body is made of 5(five) elements i.e. Pancha bhoot such as Xity, Opoh, Tej, Morut and Byom. These five elements are called soil, water, fire, air and space respectively in English. According to Tibetan treatment method it is said that surface of the earth, water, fire, air and space these five cosmic powers have influence on the patients. As human body is made of these five elements, exchange of these five elements always occur with body and the body becomes influenced. Besides these five powers there are another 2(two) very powerful influences – Sun and Moon. In the whole day influence of these two powers exerts on the human body. At the day time influence of the sun becomes powerful. As a result motion of the pulse becomes strong and speedy. Again at night influence of the moon becomes powerful. As a result, pulse becomes slower and weaker than normal.

According to Tibetan treatment method influence of seasons are also becomes much strong. As per opinion of the Tibetans there are 4(four) seasons in the world – Summer, Autumn, Winter and Spring. In these four seasons changes occurs in the motion and nature of the cosmic powers, influence of which falls on the human body directly. Such as if in the winter kidney, bladder etc becomes affected, and then in spring liver, abdomen or gall bladder may be affected. Therefore, in order to give proper treatment to the patients’ physicians have to be thoroughly informed about what type of symptoms or reactions appear in the patient’s body in the influence of the cosmic powers and these four seasons. The influences of the cosmic powers are taken into consideration in giving treatment, as per scripture of the Tibetan treatment only. For this the word “Astro” is associated with the name of every Tibetan treatment center.
